Woodley Bowling Club was established in 1964 and is situated in Woodford Park.
The green is maintained by Woodley Town Council and two of its seven rinks are reserved for the general public to hire on application to Woodford Park Leisure Centre. Permission can be obtained from the council for the club to use these extra rinks for special occasions e.g. Gala Day.
The clubhouse was built by the members and has been extended over the years. There is a bar and comfortable lounge area where members and visitors can meet and where meals are served following matches. There are changing rooms and toilets and a well-equipped kitchen.
Outside, there is seating around the green, from which spectators can enjoy watching the matches.
There is ample free parking.
Woodley Bowling Club is affiliated to Bowls England and to the Royal County of Berkshire Bowling Association.
